Great River Women's Health

Great River Women's Health in West Burlington is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We prefer that you call at these times unless an emergency exists.

Western Illinois Women's Health

Western Illinois Women's Health is open Tuesday only from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. We prefer that you call at these times unless an emergency exists.

Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled by calling the office during office hours. The purpose of appointments is to avoid or at least reduce long waits for you in the office. We do our best to keep on schedule and honor your appointment. If you phone just prior to your appointment time, we'll gladly let you know how things are going. There will be times that we will be called out of the office for obstetric problems or emergencies. If this occurs, we will attempt to notify you by telephone if it appears that we will not be able to keep our appointment as scheduled. A new time will be arranged at the soonest possible time.

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel an appointment, please contact the office as soon as possible so that we may give the appointment time to someone else.

Telephone Calls

Please make your calls during usual office hours. The person answering the phone will take the appropriate information and advise you regarding appropriate action or when a reply will be forthcoming. If an emergency situation exists, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. For routine calls, a time to expect a return call will be given, and a request made for the telephone number where you may be reached at that time. Fees

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Debit card, MasterCard, VISA and Discover Card. If an overpayment of your account by your or by your insurance company occurs, we will send the excess to you immediately.

For companies with which we participate, we will accept their payment as payment in full less any co-payments or deductibles owed. Our office will provide the necessary information for completion of insurance forms.
